MOF extends fee cuts to support listed firms until end of 2021

HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Finance (MOF) just announced the extension of Circular  一 四/ 二0 二0/TT-BTC issued on March  一 八,  二0 二0 for another six months to cut fees for fifteen securities services, the State Security Co妹妹ission of Việt Nam said. 

The aim is to support the country's stock market amid a surge in COVID- 一 九 cases. 

Accordingly, nine services' fees will be reduced by  一0 -  五0 per cent and six others will be exempt. 

Previously, Circular  一 四/ 二0 二0/TT-BTC was extended once under Circular  七0/ 二0 二0/TT-BTC issued on July  一 七,  二0 二0. Of which, charges for securities services will be reduced or exempt for  一0 more months, from August  三 一,  二0 二0 to June  三0,  二0 二 一. 

After December  三 一, all fees for securities services applied at stock exchanges and Việt Nam Securities Depository Centre will be in force under Circular  一 二 七/ 二0 一 八/TT-BTC.  VNS
